1. Get an auto responder that you can create your own listing in. Aweber is one of the most reliable ones on the market today and is used by many big Internet marketers.
Your autoresponder is where you will develop your mailing list and where you will send out messages to your subscribers from. This does not have to cost a lot of money and is a business expense you cannot do without.
If you are representing a home business opportunity be sure you control the autoresponder that you will be promoting with. Do not get caught in the trap of building a mailing list for the business opportunity you are representing.
The trouble with that is if you leave that opportunity you lose all of your subscribers. This is an asset that you must be in control of.
2. Purchase co-registration leads to jumpstart your list. Use the auto responder recommended by the lead company themselves.
This is a good thought because they can import your leads directly into your autoresponder for you. This makes it pretty much hands off for you as you pay for your leads on a monthly basis and they go out and get them for you.
It really takes no skill to get started doing email marketing this way. The key to making this work for you is to do little extra things to get to know your subscribers is people.
This means offering free information, helpful information, sending an email to say hi, and so on. Relationship building is a big part of making co-registration leads work.
3. Employ a ghost writer to write your autoresponder messages for you if you’re not sure how to do it. Get those set up in advance so that they automatically go out to a new subscriber at the pre-programmed times.
The advantage to this is you do not have to remember to email your subscribers and it becomes a very hands off way to do marketing by email.
This is numerous good ideas that you can do email marketing whether you have knowledge or not. The important thing is to be in control of your list and develop it anyway you possibly can.
