It is important to add your keyword to anchor text, because they are used by search engines to rank your website. You should write a catch phrase with your keywords and add a hyperlink, which will allow your readers get to your website if they click on it.
It is also important to submit your website to directories. It is possible that you will not get any direct traffic from the directories, but they will definitely improve your page ranking. It is very valuable for search engine ranking if you have links from sites with high traffic and page rank. This will boost your search engine ranking as well as provide your website with a very professional image. So, there is no reason why you should avoid search engine optimization as a part of your internet marketing campaign. It is very effective and easy to do.
